The place was fairly clean with a reasonably good staff from the receptionist who picked us up from the airport to the restaurant staff. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location, to his official post office. We didn't want to say goodbye and would like to stay there on the next trip.

Very good building, magnificent and stunning location next to Rovaniemi township, the airport and the city, and nature and shopping outlet. And really close to Arctic Circle Snowmobile park.

The location was marvellous close to the sightseeing spots. Being a few steps away from Helmi Simpukka was nice, we had dinner there.

The rooms here are super new and in a great spot. You can find all the things you need like central heating, an ironing set, and an electronic key card. 🌟

The accommodation I had during Christmas was perfect with a wheelchair accessible room, a kitchen, and lovely decorations, making me want to extend my stay here.

This place is in an excellent and stunning location, not too far from the Arctic Circle, in a very good building amidst the local community.

The staff at Santa Claus Holiday Village were affable and excellent, from the receptionist who picked us up from the airport to the restaurant staff. The rooms were spotlessly clean with a view, equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, and a fridge. The location was magnificent, just off Santa Claus post office, with the restaurant and key attractions like Husky Park, Reindeer Ride, and many souvenir shops nearby. An all-year museum was also close by.

There are big and well furnished rooms with reasonably spacious bathrooms. Glad to have a microwave oven, a sofa bed and central heating. This property is in a stunning location, near the city center. 500 metres are distance to a restaurant.

Would definitely recommend this place and would like to stay longer. I had a big size room with a christmas tree in the balcony, good decoration, as example and everything was really good. A microwave oven and an electric hob were nice. The check in was early and the atmosphere was cosy throughout the hotel. The location was stunning and incredible for my stay, 400 metres from Christmas House.
